These documents form Noveltree's July 15, 2026 launch baseline. They do not describe a transition campaign for existing users. Production publication and product activation remain separate operational steps.
Terms of Service
The July 15 Terms combines two documented workstreams. It adds payment-dispute evidence, attributable Coin-use, temporary freeze, reversal, and negative Paid Coin balance disclosures. It also clarifies No DRM, Soft DRM, Hard DRM, continuing purchased access, unpublishing, territory, app-only access, and links to the related July 15 creator and content documents.
Payment Dispute Evidence Notice
The Payment Dispute Evidence Notice explains account-level Apple consent, withdrawal in Privacy settings, provider recipients, minimized evidence categories, automated provider responses, FIFO attribution, Coin freezes and reversals, negative Paid Coin balances, retry behavior, and the 24-month detailed-packet retention target.
Apple consent is recorded when a person creates an account and affirmatively accepts the Terms, which link to and incorporate the relevant Privacy Policy and Virtual Items Policy disclosures. The Coin-purchase clickwrap separately accepts the applicable Virtual Items Policy and purchase terms; it does not show a separate Apple evidence checkbox or repeat Apple consent for each Coin purchase. A user may withdraw Apple consent for future refund reviews in Privacy settings without losing the ability to read or buy Coins. Google Play, Stripe, and PayPal evidence is separate ordinary disclosed transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute-response, and legal-claims processing, not optional Apple consent.
Privacy Policy and Virtual Items Policy
The July 15 Privacy Policy describes the evidence categories, provider-specific sharing, lawful bases, automated assistance, Apple withdrawal control, and retention target. The July 15 Virtual Items Policy describes FIFO attribution, pending Coin freezes, confirmed reversals, negative Paid Coin balances, and provider-specific evidence handling.
