July 25, 2026 Apple refund-evidence clarification

We corrected and consolidated the description of the information RevenueCat currently provides to Apple when handling an Apple refund review on Noveltree's behalf.

What changed

  • We now identify the current RevenueCat-managed fields as customer-consent confirmation, purchase-delivery status, sample-content or functionality-information status, and Noveltree's preference to let Apple decide.
  • We clarified that Noveltree does not provide RevenueCat with its detailed FIFO Coin-allocation packet or a calculated Coin-consumption percentage for the current Apple process.
  • We explained in plain language that turning the Apple preference off instructs RevenueCat not to handle future Apple refund-evidence requests on Noveltree's behalf for that customer.
  • We retained the existing account-acceptance consent model and Privacy-settings withdrawal and restoration control. No separate Apple evidence checkbox was added.

This clarification aligns the public documents with the existing RevenueCat-managed process. It does not introduce a new data purpose, recipient, retention period, user obligation, price, refund right, or consent mechanism.
