Service Providers

Fictiondex Inc. dba Noveltree uses service providers in the categories described below to operate, secure, support, and offer Noveltree. We do not necessarily identify every provider by name. Providers may change as Noveltree evolves, and only providers relevant to a particular feature process information for that feature. A provider receives only the information reasonably needed for the applicable function.
Principal Provider Categories
- Hosting, database, authentication, object-storage, compute, content-delivery, and security providers: may process account, profile, library, creator, transaction, content, file, request, and security information to host and deliver Noveltree.
- Error-monitoring, diagnostics, and product-analytics providers: may process technical errors, device and request information, feature interactions, session information, and pseudonymous account identifiers, subject to Noveltree's data-minimization and consent controls.
- Payment, payout, purchase, and entitlement providers: may process payment, billing, transaction, payout, purchase, entitlement, device, dispute, and fraud-prevention information.
- Identity, age-verification, fraud-prevention, tax, sanctions, and compliance providers: may process verification-session information, identity or business information where required, device and fraud signals, eligibility results, and compliance records.
- Email, push-notification, app-distribution, hosted-font, web-asset, and operational-communications providers: may process contact details, message content and metadata, delivery events, push tokens, application information, IP addresses, device information, and minimized operational diagnostics.
- Advertising providers: where advertising is offered and permitted, may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, consent choices, impressions, interactions, and fraud-prevention information.
- Specialized content-analysis and trust-and-safety providers: may support moderation, abuse prevention, classification, safety, recommendations, metadata generation, and platform operations. These providers may process content and related metadata only for the applicable operational purpose and are not permitted to use that content to train or fine-tune any generative AI model.
Changes And Contact
We may add, replace, or remove providers as Noveltree changes. We will update this page when a change materially affects the categories of personal information processed or the purpose of processing. Questions can be sent to our Privacy Officer at support@noveltree.ca.
